Our Meetings
Troop 101 meets Wednesdays during the school year from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Sanctuary Church.
The Troop typically has a theme during each month of the year, and weekly meetings are a time for scouts to do fun activities and learn new skills based on the theme of the month. Typical themes have included astronomy, wilderness survival, hiking, cooking, and camping. During the meetings, part of the time is used to learn and practice these new skills, while part of the meeting is used to play games or work on rank advancements and merit badges. On occasion, the weekly meeting will be a troop outing to an off-site activity. For example, during the astronomy-themed month, scouts met at a planetarium.
